Job Summary:

Growth Way Developers is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented BPO Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and generating leads for property sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
Explain project details and property offerings clearly.
Generate and qualify leads for site visits.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Maintain call records and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally.





Requirements:
Positive communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred.
Ability to convince and engage customers over the phone.
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
