We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Pune. The role involves field visits to schools and preschools, generating current business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesVisit schools and preschools to generate leads and identify business opportunities.
Present and explain company programs to potential clients.
Convert qualified leads into successful business partnerships.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
Build and maintain robust relationships with schools and decision-makers.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
Travel to different cities as required for business development activities.
RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.




1–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Comfortable with 50–60% field travel.
Willing to travel to different cities, approximately 2 trips per month.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Target-oriented and comfortable working independently.
