Unit Manager / Center Manager for an International Preschool

Location : Sahakar Nagar, Bengaluru -

Timings : 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Salary Range : ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Responsibilities
Manage daily preschool operations and ensure quality standards.
Recruit, lead, and develop staff.
Implement curriculum aligned with regulations and international frameworks.
Build solid parent relationships and community trust.
Drive admissions and meet enrollment targets.
Manage budgets and ensure compliance with local laws.
Collaborate with international colleagues for best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education).
5+ years as a Preschool Center Manager or similar role.
Solid leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
