Lead and manage a team of Personal Loan Collection Executives.
Drive daily and monthly collection targets and ensure achievement of team KPIs.
Monitor overdue accounts, DPD buckets, PTPs, and collection performance.
Allocate cases to team members and ensure proper follow-up with customers.
Guide the team on effective collection and negotiation techniques.
Track daily performance, productivity, and recovery numbers.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback.
Handle escalated customer cases and support team members in difficult cases.
Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and RBI guidelines.
Prepare and share daily/weekly collection MIS reports with management.
Coordinate with the operations and management teams to improve recovery rates.
