Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Role: Student Support / Telecaller
Responsibilities:
Call and guide current students about courses.
Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
Answer course-related queries.
Make welcome calls to new app users.
Assist students with login, course access, and video issues.
Coordinate course kit delivery and resolve student concerns.
Maintain follow-ups and update CRM records.
Requirements:
Excellent Tamil communication skills.
Positive counselling and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.
