We are looking for an energetic, professional, and customer-oriented Front Desk Executive to manage our reception, handle day-to-day administrative tasks, and drive gym memberships through sales conversions. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of Fitlean Fitness, ensuring smooth operations and a great experience for all members.
Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Administration:
Welcome members, guests, and visitors warmly and direct them professionally.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries efficiently.
Maintain daily attendance logs, member records, and front desk documentation.
Handle facility scheduling and coordinate with trainers and management.
Sales & Membership Conversion:
Give gym tours to walk-in prospects and explain membership plans, packages, and facilities.
Follow up on leads via phone, email, and walk-ins to convert them into active members.
Achieve monthly sales targets for current memberships and renewals.
Customer Service:
Address member queries, feedback, or complaints promptly and professionally.




Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and waiting area.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in front desk management, customer service, or gym/fitness sales (freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply).
Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident, outgoing personality with strong persuasion and sales skills.
Proficient in basic computer operations (MS Office, emails, billing software).
Interest: A genuine interest in fitness, health, and a healthy lifestyle is a solid plus.
