Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including:
Accounts Payable/Receivable
General Ledger
Payroll and Utilities
GST reconciliation and filing
Filing of TDS
Ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
Maintain accurate records and ensure that transactions are correctly classified.
Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures, including GST, TDS, ESI, and PF.
Manage the billing process and ensure timely invoicing.
Handle the preparation and maintenance of Tally Prime for all accounting functions.
Coordinate and complete annual audits.
Ensure compliance with internal control policies.




Manage financial projects and handle any additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an accountant, specifically in the construction industry.
Proficiency in Tally Prime.
In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, ESI, and PF regulations and procedures.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience with billing processes and complete accounting.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Robust organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
