Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations
Maintain production reports (BPR).
Ensure adherence to production schedules
Maintain quality standards as per company guidelines
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency
Communicate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment functionality.
Track and report production performance against goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Industry preference: Chemicals / FMCG / Pharmaceutical
Robust understanding of production processes and safety standards
Capability to work adaptable in any shift.
