Job Title: Telecalling Executive
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Gender Preference: Female candidates only
Experience: Fresher & Experienced both can apply
Job Overview:We are hiring a Telecalling Executive for our computer service center. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining our services, and generating service leads.
Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers regarding computer services and support.
Explain service packages and resolve basic customer queries.
Generate leads and schedule service appointments.
Maintain call records and customer details.
Follow up with interested customers.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Valuable communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
