Junior QA Tester – Roles & Responsibilities
Execute manual test cases and verify software functionality.
Identify, report, and retest software defects.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
Document test results and maintain testing records.
Work with developers to resolve issues.
Ensure software meets quality standards before release.
Follow QA processes and continuously learn testing best practices.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA, B.E./B.Tech, or a related field.
Experience: 6months - 2 years.
Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of manual testing, STLC/SDLC, bug tracking tools (Jira/Bugzilla), SQL, and positive analytical and communication skills.
