Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cook to prepare daily meals for our staff. The candidate will be responsible for preparing hygienic, nutritious, and timely food for approximately 8 staff members. The role focuses only on staff food preparation (not guest service).

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve three meals per day: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Plan straightforward, healthy, and balanced menus for staff
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
Manage basic kitchen inventory and inform management about stock requirements
Follow company standards for food safety and cleanliness

Requirements:
Prior experience as a cook or kitchen staff preferred
Ability to cook Kerala-style meals (preferred)




Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
Ability to manage time and prepare meals on schedule
Responsible and disciplined work attitude

Staff Strength:
Cooking for approximately 8 staff members
