Job Responsibilities:
Perform routine chemical analysis of electroplating process baths.
Monitor and maintain plating bath parameters as per process requirements.
Conduct titration and laboratory testing of plating, passivation, and pretreatment chemicals.
Analyze and maintain chemical concentrations in zinc plating, silver plating, tin plating, and related process baths.
Prepare chemical addition reports and maintain analysis records.
Monitor wastewater treatment (ETP) chemical parameters as required.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure process stability and product quality.
Investigate plating defects and provide corrective actions related to chemical processes.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Requirements:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of chemical analysis, titration, and laboratory practices preferred.
Experience in electroplating, metal finishing, or surface treatment industry will be an added advantage.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
