Job DescriptionWe are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels and ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Shopify/Website and other online marketplaces.
Product listing, updating product titles, descriptions, images, pricing & inventory.
Process and monitor online orders from order confirmation to dispatch and delivery.
Coordinate with the warehouse, courier/logistics and internal sales team.
Manage returns, cancellations, replacements and customer queries.
Monitor marketplace sales, stock and product performance.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Work on marketplace promotions, offers, discounts and campaigns.
Basic knowledge of E-Commerce SEO, keywords and product ranking.
Monitor competitor pricing and online product visibility.
Ensure product information and online catalogues remain accurate and updated.
