Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day e-commerce sales activities.
Monitor online orders, sales performance, and customer requirements.
Develop strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
Manage product listings, pricing, and availability across e-commerce platforms.
Monitor customer orders and coordinate with relevant teams for timely delivery.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and online conversions.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support e-commerce growth.




Handle customer queries and resolve order-related issues.
Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends.
