Coordinate and schedule home nursing visits based on patients' needs.
Assess patient care requirements and prepare individualized care plans.
Assign appropriate nurses and caregivers to patients.
Monitor the quality of home healthcare services and ensure patient satisfaction.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Communicate with doctors, patients, and family members regarding care updates.
Ensure nurses follow clinical protocols, safety standards, and infection control practices.
Manage medical supplies, equipment, and staffing requirements for home care services.
Train, supervise, and support home healthcare staff to improve performance.
Handle patient concerns, coordinate emergency responses, and ensure continuity of care.





Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
