Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication.
Identify business opportunities, negotiate, and close deals.
Retain and grow existing business through proactive engagement.

Client Service & Support
Onboard recent clients and ensure smooth integration of services.




Advocate for timely, cost-effective service delivery.
Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries.
Assist clients in living independently by scheduling appointments, answering calls, and tracking service records.
Monitor ongoing services and stay updated on current or discontinued offerings.
Evaluate service quality and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with service engineers to plan and resolve customer issues.
Share service quotes based on incident updates from engineers.
