Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR cum Business Development Manager to independently manage branch operations, handle staff, and drive business growth through sales, e-commerce, and lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage branch operations and supervise staff.
Handle recruitment, employee coordination, and HR activities.
Generate quality leads from various online platforms and marketplaces.
Manage and maintain product listings on e-commerce and B2B platforms.
Handle lead generation, inquiry management, and customer follow-ups.
Drive sales and business development activities.
Plan and execute marketing initiatives.
Build and maintain client relationships.Requirements
Experience in HR, team management, or business development.
Knowledge of sales, marketing, e-commerce, and lead generation.
Solid communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Experience:0 To 5 Years Preferred
Salary: As per experience and performance.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹54,471.50 per month
