Role Description The WET TOOL OPERATOR is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves operating and monitoring wet processing tools and equipment in a manufacturing or production setting, following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. The WET TOOL OPERATOR will prepare materials, set up machines, perform routine checks, and record process parameters to maintain quality and efficiency. The role includes performing basic troubleshooting, coordinating with maintenance or engineering teams when issues arise, and keeping work areas clean and organized. The WET TOOL OPERATOR will also follow all health, safety,



and environmental regulations and support continuous improvement initiatives in the plant.
Qualifications

- Experience in operating industrial or manufacturing equipment, preferably wet process tools or similar machinery.
- Understanding of basic mechanical, electrical, or chemical processes relevant to production operations.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality control guidelines.
- Basic data recording and documentation skills, including logging measurements and maintaining production records.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work on repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules and in a factory or plant environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with supervisors, maintenance staff, and colleagues.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in manufacturing or engineering is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the energy, electronics, or industrial manufacturing sector is preferred but not mandatory.
