About the Role:

HonorVet Technologies is looking for a confident, people-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage employee-facing HR activities, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR documentation.

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills, be comfortable interacting with employees, and have the confidence to be the face of HR on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Onboarding

• Manage employee documentation, records, and HR trackers.

• Coordinate and conduct employee induction and onboarding activities.

• Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and HR documentation.

Employee Engagement

• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.

• Regularly interact with employees and understand their feedback and concerns.

• Build a positive employee experience and strong employee connect.

• Handle employee queries and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

Communication & Coordination





• Communicate HR updates, policies, and initiatives effectively to employees.

• Conduct employee briefings, sessions, and engagement activities.

• Coordinate with HR and internal teams on employee-related matters.

• Maintain confidentiality while handling employee information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Engagement, or HR Coordination.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Solid interpersonal, presentation, and employee-handling skills.

• Confident, energetic, and approachable personality.

• Good organizational and documentation skills.

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
