Role Description The Quality Engineer – AMPP (NACE) Level 1/Level 2 will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring product quality for transformer radiators in line with company standards and client specifications. This full time on-site role, based in Allahabad (Prayagraj), involves conducting inspections, performing coating and corrosion protection assessments, and implementing quality control procedures throughout the production process.



The role includes reviewing technical drawings and specifications, preparing and maintaining quality documentation, and supporting internal and external audits. The Quality Engineer will collaborate with production, design, and procurement teams to resolve non-conformities, drive corrective and preventive actions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Daily responsibilities also include adherence to safety and regulatory requirements, and communication with customers or third-party inspectors when required.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Engineering and Product Quality, with the ability to apply AMPP (NACE) Level 1/Level 2 principles to coating and corrosion control.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management, including implementation of quality systems, process improvement, and handling non-conformance and corrective actions.
- AMPP (NACE) Level 1 or Level 2 certification (or equivalent) in coatings or corrosion engineering is required or strongly preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality plans; familiarity with ISO or similar quality management frameworks is beneficial.
