JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Bids & Tenders Specialist to own our end-to-end proposal engine. Based in Hyderabad, you will spearhead the complete bid management lifecycle for high-stakes aerospace and defense programs across domestic and international markets.

In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain teams to transform complex technical capabilities into fully compliant, winning proposals. You will directly impact Azista's growth pipeline by tracking opportunities, mitigating compliance risks, and owning key metrics around bid accuracy, compliance rates, and win ratios for agencies like ISRO, DRDO, NASA,



and Tier-1 aerospace contractors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Opportunity Pipeline Tracking: Actively monitor public procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, SAM.gov) and defense buyer networks to scout, evaluate, and present actionable RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs.
- End-to-End Bid Management: Drive the full proposal workflow—from initial query generation to final submission—ensuring strict adherence to technical, financial, and timeline requirements.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Collaborate with technical SMEs, Engineering, Legal, and Supply Chain to assemble robust technical compliance sheets, Basis of Estimates (BOE), and project schedules.
- Commercial & Financial Assembly: Prepare comprehensive commercial proposals, including price schedules, payment terms, EMDs, and Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG).
- Regulatory & Compliance Governance: Ensure rigorous compliance with international defense and quality standards, including ITAR, AS9100, FAR/DEFCON, and DAP/DPP guidelines.
- Bid Asset Management: Build, scale, and maintain a centralized proposal content library, including past performance certificates, standard responses, and capability matrices to streamline future bid cycles.





WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, ECE, Industrial) or Business Administration.
- Experience: 2+ years of direct experience managing bids, tenders, and RFPs within the Aerospace, Space, or Defense sectors.
- Portal Expertise: Proven experience navigating public procurement platforms (e.g., GeM, CPPP, DRDO/ISRO portals, SAM.gov).
- Commercial Literacy: Solid understanding of financial bid terms, including INCOTERMS, EMD, PBG, Liquidated Damages (LD), and cost structures.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Hands-on exposure to regulatory frameworks such as ITAR, AS9100, or DAP/DPP guidelines.
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

NICE-TO-HAVE

- Prior experience dealing with international defense procurement channels or Tier-1 global aerospace prime contractors.
- Formal certifications in Bid and Proposal Management (e.g., APMP).
