revision control and issue-ready PDF exportsSelf-QC your own package against the drawing standard before it leaves the officeGuide and review the work of junior modellersWhat we're looking forB.Arch / Diploma in Civil or Architecture2–5 years of hands-on BIM production experienceStrong Revit skills — families, parameters, schedules, sheet managementExperience with facade / curtain wall shop drawings is a major plusComfortable reading specifications, IFC architectural drawings and consultant mark-upsExposure to international standards and workflows (GCC / US projects preferred)Someone who asks the right question early instead of modelling the wrong thing for two weeksBonus points for Dynamo
