Key Responsibilities- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and generate sales leads.- Promote BESTKAAM’s AI-powered recruitment & job portal solutions to companies and HR professionals.- Identify prospects, understand their recruitment requirements, and present suitable solutions.- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and email.- Schedule product demos and coordinate with the sales team for closures.- Maintain daily call, lead and follow-up records in the CRM/data sheet.- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.- ? Required Skills- Excellent cold calling and communication skills.- Solid convincing,



negotiation and sales abilities.- Good spoken English; Tamil/Hindi will be an advantage.- Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, telecalling, recruitment sales or SaaS sales is preferred.- Self-motivated and target-oriented.- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.- ?
