The Travel Desk Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end corporate travel arrangements for employees, including domestic and international travel./n/nMajor Responsibilities:/n/n/n- Manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements for employees, including domestic and international travel./n- Handle flight, train, bus and hotel bookings, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely confirmations./n- Coordinate visa processing, travel insurance, and related documentation for international travel./n- Maintain knowledge of consulate correspondence and assist employees with visa queries and requirements./n- Ensure compliance with general travel-related rules, regulations, and company policies./n- Prepare and maintain accurate records of travel expenses and generate periodic reports./n- Negotiate rates with travel agencies, hotels, and other vendors for better deals./n- Provide support for last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency travel needs./n- Stay updated on travel advisories, consulate updates, and international travel norms./n/n/nTechnical Skills and Experience:/n/n/n- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel processes, visa rules,
