Job DescriptionHCLTech Hiring for US Healthcare Medical Billing Associate Manager & Senior Manager _ Chennai/nLocation : Chennai/nShift - US Shift/nDesignation & Experience:/nAssociate Manager- 8 to 13 Years/nSenior Manager - 13 to 17 Years/nRESPONSIBILITIES:/n/n- Manage day-to-day operations and direct the team responsible for Healthcare RCM Voice and non-voice process activities./n- Manage and meet performance targets for average handle time, Client SLA, quality, and customer satisfaction./n- Oversee a group of Team Leads responsible for managing calling agents, with 10 to 15 direct reports and a total of 100 to 150 agents./n- Ensure proper integration with operations for effective execution of end-to-end processes./n- Maintain quality and efficiency measures within the team in accordance with service level agreements./n- Provide coaching and feedback to direct reports to ensure satisfactory performance levels./n- Utilize business tools and advanced Healthcare RCM knowledge to identify problem areas and document business requirements./n- Identify and recommend operational and technological tools to improve efficiency./n- Collaborate with operations and information technology personnel to resolve issues and enhance operational efficiency./n- Establish and maintain effective work procedures./n- Evaluate and determine coaching and training needs to equip staff with necessary skills and knowledge./n- Communicate and implement strategic direction and leadership for HCL to ensure consistent and cohesive business objectives and to enhance customer experiences in both a regulated and competitive market./n- Plan and monitor operational initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the voice process./n- Review and ensure processes comply with internal policies and external regulations./n- Address escalated issues regarding performance and quality./n- Coordinate, participate in, and manage multiple projects assigned by senior management, providing input on operations-related matters./n- Interface and coordinate with various stakeholders./n/nSKILLS AND COMPETENCIES/n/n- Exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to manage through a shared vision and path to success/n- Ability to create, communicate and manage SLA metrics that support operational targets/n- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to use positive judgment to make decisions/n- Possess exceptional people management skills enabling effective interaction with internal, external customers, employees, peers, and management/n- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills/n- Exceptional customer service abilities to handle difficult customers/n- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite/n- Work effectively in a team environment/n- Strong time management and organizational skills/n/nFORMAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/n/n- Graduation in any stream/n- Healthcare AR calling experience preferred./n/nNote:/n/n- Looking for candidate with an immediate to 45-day notice period./n- Candidates must have complete set of relieving/Experience letters from all previous employers/n/nInterested candidates, kindly register below link HCLTech _ US Healthcare _Medical billing _AM/SM – Fill out form
