We are looking for a proactive **Project Coordinator** with a strong technical background to coordinate software development projects and work closely with developers, QA teams, and clients to ensure successful project delivery. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, tracking, and coordinating software development projects. This role requires someone who understands the software development lifecycle (SDLC), can communicate effectively with technical teams, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. Coordinate end-to-end execution of software development projects. * Work closely with Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners. * Create project plans, timelines, sprint schedules, and resource allocation plans. * Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables. * Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review meetings, and client status meetings. * Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution. * Coordinate UAT, deployment, and production releases with technical teams. * Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports. * Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum processes and project governance. 3–4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Technical Coordinator,



or Software Project Executive. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. * Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * Hands-on experience coordinating Web, Mobile, SaaS, or Enterprise Software Development projects. * Positive understanding of APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and software deployment processes. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Monday.Com. * Experience coordinating teams working on technologies such as Java, MERN & MEAN, Flutter, or similar modern development stacks. * Scrum Master or PMP certification is an added advantage. * Experience with release management and QA coordination is a plus. Excellent planning and coordination skills. * Ability to understand technical discussions and convert them into actionable project plans. * Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. * Work on innovative software and technology projects. * Collaborate with experienced developers and cross-functional teams. * A collaborative work culture with continuous learning and growth opportunities.
