The ideal candidate should have strong Financial Controlling & Accounting expertise and proven experience in senior finance leadership roles. Key Responsibilities & Requirements CA with 12+ years of corporate finance experience , including 4–5 years in Finance Head / CFO-level roles . Strong Financial Controlling & Accounting experience is the most critical requirement for this position.



Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, working capital management, and overall finance operations . Experience in setting up and improving finance systems, MIS, internal controls, costing, and inventory management . Solid ERP exposure, preferably SAP Business One (SAP B1) , including ERP implementation, process improvement, or upgradation.
