Job Description – Relationship Manager (Mortgage – DSA)

Locations: Jaipur & Jodhpur
CTC: Up to 6 LPA – Jaipur | Up to 5.5 LPA – Jodhpur
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Product: Home Loan & Loan Against Property (HL/LAP) – DSA Channel

Role Overview

We are hiring Relationship Managers to drive Mortgage business through the DSA channel. The role involves current customer acquisition, DSA relationship management, business sourcing, and ensuring quality loan processing and disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

- Source Home Loan and LAP business through the DSA network.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing DSAs.

- Identify and onboard new DSA partners to expand the sourcing network.

- Generate quality leads and maintain a healthy business pipeline.

- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for smooth processing.

- Ensure complete documentation and timely file login.

- Achieve assigned sourcing, login, and disbursement targets.

- Maintain strong customer and channel partner relationships.





Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP sales.

- Prior experience in DSA channel is preferred.

- Strong local market and DSA network.

- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Graduate in any discipline.
