Job Responsibilities:

- Source Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through open market, DSA, builders and connector channels.
- Generate recent customer acquisition and achieve monthly business targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, builders and referral sources.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth login-to-disbursement process.
- Maintain portfolio quality and ensure compliance with company policies.

Eligibility:

- Minimum 2-6 years of experience in Home Loan, LAP or Mortgage Sales.
- Experience in sourcing through DSA, Builder or Open Market channels is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the local mortgage market.
- Candidates from Banks or NBFCs preferred.
