What will you do? Oversee learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and support career advancement Coordinate talent acquisition activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate engagement Lead onboarding processes to create a welcoming and effective experience for new hires Evaluate learning program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data and feedback What are the key skills we are looking for?
