Job Description – RM / SM (Mortgage – DSA)

Location: Faridabad
CTC: RM – Up to 5.5 LPA | SM – Up to 9 LPA
Product: Home Loan & Loan Against Property (HL/LAP)
Channel: DSA

Role Overview

We are hiring RM and SM professionals to drive Mortgage business through the DSA channel. The role involves customer acquisition, DSA relationship management, business development, and achieving sourcing and disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Source Home Loan and LAP business through the DSA channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing DSA partners.
- Identify and onboard new DSAs and channel partners.
- Generate quality business leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Manage customer interactions from lead generation to disbursement.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for smooth processing.
- Ensure complete documentation and timely file login.
- Achieve assigned monthly sourcing, login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
- Maintain business quality and ensure adherence to company policies.
- For SM role,



drive DSA productivity and support team/business growth.

Eligibility Criteria

- Relevant experience in Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP sales.
- Prior experience in the DSA channel preferred.
- Strong local market and DSA network in Faridabad.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- For SM: Prior experience managing DSA business and/or a sales team preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
