Responsibilities

- Track timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across multiple R&D; projects

/n

- Facilitate meetings, status updates, and decision-making processes for cross-functional teams

/n

- Create and maintain dashboards and visual reports (e.g., Jira, Excel, Power BI) to provide up-to-date visibility on project health and KPIs

/n

- Ensure consistent project documentation and data hygiene

/n

- Flag delays or blockers and support mitigation efforts

/n

- Collaborate with R&D; Team Leads, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to gather updates and align priorities

/n

- Support process improvements and standardization within the R&D; Operations team

/n

Requirements

/n

- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech/R&D; workplace

/n

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

/n

- Hands-on experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com)

/n

- Proficiency with dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Looker)

/n

- Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders

/n

- Self-driven, structured, and dependable

/n

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
