Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching and Learning

- Design, prepare, and deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and interactive sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate management programs.

- Utilize modern pedagogical techniques (e.g., case studies, simulations, experiential learning, and blended learning tools) tailored to business education.

/n

- Develop course syllabi, curriculum frameworks, and learning assessment methodologies in alignment with academic standards and industry needs.

/n

- Evaluate student performance fairly and constructively through assignments, projects, quizzes, and examinations.

/n

/n

1. Research and Scholarly Activity

/n

/n

- Conduct high-quality, independent, and collaborative research in areas relevant to management and business studies.

/n

- Regularly publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed, high-impact journals (e.g., ABDC-listed, Scopus-indexed, or Web of Science).

/n

- Present research findings at national and international conferences, symposia,



and academic workshops.

/n

- Actively seek external grants, corporate sponsorships, or funding for research projects where applicable.

/n

1. Student Mentorship and Guidance

/n

/n

- Serve as an academic advisor and mentor to students, providing guidance on academic trajectories, career paths, and career development.

/n

- Supervise student research projects, dissertations, summer internships, and capstone projects.

/n

- Foster an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.

/n

/n

1. Institutional Service and Administrative Duties

/n

/n

- Actively participate in departmental meetings, faculty boards, and university-wide committees (e.g., accreditation, curriculum design, student placement, admissions).

/n

- Contribute to institutional accreditation processes (e.g., AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS, NAAC, NBA, etc.).

/n

- Build and maintain linkages with industry partners for guest lectures, live projects, corporate mentoring, and student placements.
