The ideal candidate should have a strong background in videography and camera operations, with a passion for visual storytelling and content production.

The role involves capturing high-quality video content for social media and digital platforms while collaborating closely with the editorial and production teams to create engaging visual content.

The successful candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of camera equipment, framing, lighting, composition, and audio recording,



along with the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high production standards.

- Operate and handle professional cameras during shoots, ensuring proper framing, lighting, composition, and audio capture.
- Collaborate closely with the editorial and production teams to understand content requirements and creative vision.
- Set up and manage camera equipment for interviews, podcasts, events, and other video shoots.
- Ensure high-quality audio is captured during video shoots.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in news, cinema, videography techniques, camera technology, and digital content.
- Ensure all captured video content aligns with the organization's visual and production standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Film Studies, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Videographer, Cameraman, or in camera operations, particularly for social media, podcasts, interviews, or news/entertainment content.
- Strong hands-on experience with skilled camera equipment and on-set video production.
- Strong understanding of camera operations, framing, composition, lighting, and audio recording.
- Familiarity with social media and digital video formats.
- Experience shooting interviews, podcasts, events, and entertainment-related content will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in news or entertainment media will be an added advantage.
