We're hiring a Funding Manager - Real Estate | Chennai

At our company, capital is the engine that moves projects from vision to reality. We're looking for a finance skilled who knows how to unlock it.

/n

What you'll own:

/n

→ Source and close project finance from banks, NBFCs & HFCs (₹50 Cr+ deals)

/n

→ Structure phased funding aligned to land, approval & construction milestones

/n

→ Prepare Bank Funding Notes, PIMs & CMA data packages independently

/n

→ Negotiate rates, moratoriums, draw-down schedules & security structures

/n

→ Build lasting lender relationships across Chennai & national institutions

/n

Who we're looking for:

/n

5–10 years in real estate project finance or NBFC/HFC credit

/n

CA / MBA Finance / CFA preferred

/n

Existing lender relationships in Chennai (SBI, HDFC, Axis, Sundaram etc.)





/n

Strong command of financial modelling, DSCR & IRR analysis

/n

South Chennai project exposure is a plus

/n

This is a high ownership role reporting directly to leadership with real influence over how projects are financed and delivered.

/n
