We are expanding our Hyderabad sales team and looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who wants to build a career in B2B sales.

What you'll do

Your primary responsibility will be to create qualified sales opportunities for our Business Development Manager.

- Research and identify potential B2B clients, especially manufacturing companies
- Build and maintain prospect lists
- Identify decision-makers and relevant stakeholders
- Conduct outbound calls and Linked In outreach
- Send targeted email/Whats App follow-ups
- Understand basic prospect requirements and qualify opportunities
- Schedule qualified meetings for the BDM




- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in Zoho CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Track daily/weekly outreach and meeting metrics
- Work closely with the BDM to improve lead quality and conversion

- Confident and comfortable speaking with business owner
- Comfortable making cold call
- Good at communication and follow-up
- Curious and willing to learn B2B sale
- Disciplined with daily targets and CRM update
- Comfortable using Linked In and basic digital tool
- Able to handle rejection without losing consistency
- Hungry to learn and grow in sale

Freshers with excellent communication and the right attitude are welcome to apply.

Experience1–3 years

Preferred Candidates with experience in B2B sales, inside sales, telecalling, lead generation or business development will have an advantage.

Up to ₹35,000/month for candidates with exceptional relevant experience and demonstrated performance.
