- Provide customer support through chat platforms

- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally

/n

- Maintain quality and customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT/NPS)

/n

- Document customer interactions accurately

/n

- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously

/n

Preferred Skills

/n

/n

- Chat Support / Customer Service experience

/n

- Exposure to Healthcare, Insurance, or Managed Care domains

/n

- Familiarity with CRM and chat tools

/n

- Excellent typing speed and multitasking abilities
