Sr. Associate - Internal Finance

/n

Location: Gurugram - Onsite

/n

/n

Responsibilities:-

/n

/n

- Sound Knowledge of Accounting Principles (Required experience of accounting on Tally Prime).

/n

- Excellent knowledge in Monthly Reporting (MIS, Prepaid workings, Provisions etc.).

/n

- Preparation of Fixed Assets Register (as per Companies Act & Income Tax Act).

/n

- Preparation/Generation of E-Invoice.

/n

- Preparation of Annual Financial Statements (as per Companies Act).

/n

- Knowledge of Accounts Payable process (including working knowledge of MSME Act) & AP reconciliation.

/n





- Sound Knowledge of Payroll process run for monthly disbursement of salary pay-outs (including preparation & review of TDS Computation of Employees).

/n

- Monthly GST Return Filling & Reconciliation. (GSTR 1, GSTR 2B reconciliation, GSTR 3B & GSTR 9 & 9C).

/n

- Quarterly TDS Return filling as well as filing of Revision of TDS return.

/n

- Sound knowledge of Income tax TDS Sections, Rates & Calculations.

/n

- Working Knowledge of PF compliance.

/n

- Working knowledge of Income Tax Laws, Tax audit & preparation of returns of Companies.

/n

- Working Knowledge of Companies Act & Filling of Annual forms with ROC.

/n

- Data Consolidation, Support & Reconciliation for Tax & Statutory Audit.

/n

- Coordinating with Statutory auditors and Bank officials.

/n

Qualifications and Skills:

/n

/n

- CA Dropout/ MBA Finance

/n

- Experience - 5 to 7 years (Preferable from CA Firm)

/n

- Soft skills- Mail Writing etiquette, Communication skills & Technical Skills as mentioned below.
