ROLE DETAILS Position: Senior Creative & Design Specialist — NYC Vertical Location: Bhopal — On-site Experience: 3–6 years Joining: Immediate CTC: ₹8–12 LPA Open Positions: 1 ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Creative & Design Specialist to own the visual identity and creative execution for NYC — Not Your College.

The role will focus on creating high-quality visual content, maintaining brand consistency, and delivering impactful designs across marketing, content, website, and learning experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own NYC's visual identity and creative execution.
- Create graphic designs, social creatives, and ad creatives.
- Design You Tube and course thumbnails.
- Create landing-page and website visuals.
- Support basic UI/UX and course interface design.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Develop and follow design guidelines.




- Coordinate with designers and freelancers when required.
- Review creative output and maintain professional visual quality.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

- Strong understanding of graphic design and visual communication.
- Proficiency in relevant design tools and software.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX and digital interfaces.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and ownership skills.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design work preferred.
