Job Description

As a Banking Operations Intern, you will help the team with daily banking work and records. Your main responsibilities will include:

Duration: 1 year

/n

- Helping in checking and confirming bank balances every three months and keeping proper records.

/n

- Supporting the team in updating and maintaining the system with correct banking details.

/n

- Assisting in Modification of authorized signatories in bank records when required.

/n

- Helping with opening recent bank accounts and closing old accounts, including preparation of

/n

documents.

/n

- Responding to bank-related questions and helping internal teams with banking queries.

/n

- Coordinating with banks and internal departments to ensure work is completed on time.

/n

Also, will be responsible for conducting comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks for clients investing in Structured Product transactions.



The role ensures regulatory compliance, accurate data maintenance, and timely approvals in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct end-to-end KYC verification for Individual and Non-Individual clients participating in

/n

Structured Product transactions, including client onboarding and periodic reviews.

/n

- Perform AML screening, identify potential risks or red flags, and escalate issues in accordance with internal escalation procedures.

/n

- Ensure all required approvals are obtained and properly documented before transaction execution.

/n

- Maintain and update client data accurately on Share Point and internal systems, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness

/n
