At Blueprints Design , we are looking for a skilled and motivated BIM Architect who can contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale BIM projects.

What You’ll Work On

/n

/n

- Large-scale Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use and Industrial projects

/n

- Architectural BIM delivery from Design Development through Construction Documentation

/n

- Architectural modelling, drawings and project documentation

/n

- Coordination with Structural, MEP, Interior and Landscape teams

/n

- BIM model reviews, clash coordination and design updates

/n

/n

Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Develop and update architectural BIM models as per project requirements.

/n

- Prepare architectural drawings, schedules and documentation from BIM models.

/n

- Review design inputs and incorporate changes accurately into the models.

/n

- Coordinate architectural models with Structural, MEP, Interior and Landscape disciplines.

/n

- Identify and resolve design and coordination issues with the project team.

/n

- Follow project BIM standards, BEP requirements, workflows and quality processes.

/n

- Perform model checks and maintain the required quality of deliverables.

/n

- Coordinate with BIM Coordinators, Project Leads, clients and consultants.

/n

- Support project planning, progress tracking and timely delivery.

/n

- Maintain proper file management and documentation on ACC or other project platforms.

/n

What We’re Looking For

/n

/n





- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture

/n

- 2–6 years of professional experience in Architecture and BIM

/n

- Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit

/n

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

/n

- Experience in developing architectural BIM models and drawings

/n

- Understanding of architectural design, construction documentation and building codes

/n

- Exposure to multidisciplinary design and BIM coordination

/n

- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills

/n

- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team

/n
