Job Title – Project Architect

Required Skills & Qualifications –

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 8-15 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, Sketch Up, and other design software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent design, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Team Management Skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Description –

1. Project Design & Development:

- Lead the design process from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and design vision.
- Review and approve detailed architectural drawings (working and municipal), construction documents, and details.drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
- Provide creative input on design solutions, space planning, and material selection.
- Ensure design consistency, accuracy, and quality across all deliverables throughout the various project phases

1. Project Coordination & Management:

- Collaborate and coordinate with Project Heads, Team Leaders, and consultants (MEP, structural, and other )



to integrate work into the overall design and ensure project goals and deliverables are aligned.
- Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and presentations and address client feedback.
- Manage project documentation, including design drawings, GFC’s, client feedback and change orders.
- Develop and adhere to project schedules. Identify potential delays and proactively implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and consultants to meet deadlines for drawings, presentations, and documentation.

1. Technical Expertise & Quality Control:

- Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress, its adherence to quality standards, project specifications. Provide design clarifications.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during the design and construction phases.

1. Team Collaboration & Leadership:

- Mentor and guide Junior and Senior Architects, providing technical support and design direction.
- Prioritize and distribute work among team members based on their skill sets, strengths, and areas of improvement to ensure optimal team performance and project efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project execution.

1. Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Present design concepts and updates to clients and project stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations regarding design quality, timelines, and deliverables.

1. Progress Tracking & Reporting:

- Monitor the status of project deliverables and ensure they align with the overall schedule.
- Provide regular updates to the Team Leader on deliverable progress and any scheduling risks.
