Hiring- Collections Supervisor to manage and oversee collections and cash application operations.

Experience: 5–8 Years

/n

Qualification: B. Com / M. Com / MBA / CMA

/n

/n

Key Responsibilities:

/n

/n

- Lead workflow for Collections Assistants & Coordinators

/n

- Monitor inboxes, refunds, AR credits, tickets & TATs

/n

- Drive unallocated cash follow-ups and resolve payment issues

/n

- Handle billing discrepancies and client disputes

/n

- Collaborate with Cash Applications, Billing, Cash Management & Client Services

/n

- Train new joiners and maintain SOPs

/n

- Prepare operational metrics and leadership reports

/n

/n

/n

What We’re Looking For:

/n

✔ 5–8 years of Collections / AR experience

/n

✔ Robust communication & stakeholder management skills

/n

✔ Advanced Excel skills

/n

✔ Exposure to SAP / High Radius is an advantage

/n

✔ Strong analytical, organizational & problem-solving skills
