ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced, motivated US Recruiter to join our remote recruiting team.

This is a high-activity recruiting position suited for someone who is comfortable speaking with candidates throughout the day, working independently, and consistently meeting productivity goals.

We are looking for recruiters who are reliable, hardworking, efficient and serious about building a long-term career, rather than candidates looking for a low-activity remote position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Source and identify qualified candidates for US job openings

Conduct high-volume candidate outreach and phone screening

Make approximately 200 calls per day, depending on workload and campaign requirements

Speak with candidates, understand their experience and qualifications, and assess suitability

Maintain accurate candidate information in our recruiting/CRM systems

Follow up consistently with candidates

Coordinate with the recruiting and management team

Meet daily and weekly activity and submission targets

Maintain skilled communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Work independently while maintaining strong accountability and productivity

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

Previous experience in US recruitment/staffing

Strong spoken and written English

Excellent phone communication skills

Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling

Strong candidate-screening and interviewing skills

Ability to work independently from home

Reliable internet connection and professional work-from-home setup





Strong computer and data-entry skills

Good knowledge of recruiting processes and candidate sourcing

Strong work ethic and consistent attendance

Ability to meet measurable productivity targets

Preferred:

Experience working for a US staffing/recruiting agency

Experience with ATS/CRM systems

Experience recruiting for multiple US clients or job orders

Experience with high-volume recruiting
