- **Baggage Handling:** Safely manage and transport passengers' luggage, ensuring it is correctly loaded and unloaded from the aircraft.

- **Flight Information Services:** Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, delays, and gate changes to ensure passengers stay informed.

- ** Customer Service:** Address passengers' inquiries and concerns courteously, enhancing their travel experience by offering support and guidance.





- **Safety Protocols Compliance:** Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a secure workplace for passengers and staff.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**
