We are seeking a reliable caregiver to support a male client who will be discharged from rehab next week and requires immediate assistance at home in Delhi, California (95315) . The client is currently at Turlock, CA Rehab and will need consistent non-medical support as he transitions back home.

Client Needs:

- Diabetic; unable to lift himself independently
- Recently had hernia surgery
- Ambulates with a walker
- Can toilet independently but needs assistance standing up
- Needs help with showers and restroom assistance
- Shower chair available

Schedule Options (Flexible):

- Choose one preferred set:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
- Morning shift: 2–3 hours
- Evening shifts also acceptable (versatile based on caregiver availability)
