In this role, you will manage complex fund structures across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions, delivering specialized accounting services.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesFund Structures & Hierarchies: Deep knowledge of Private Equity/Debt fund structures, Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), standalone funds, master-feeder funds, and the role of each entity.Investor & Class Structures: Understanding of investor classes, GP class, carry class, and affiliated vs. non-affiliated classes.Capital Activities & Closings: Record investor commitments and manage accounting for initial, subsequent, and late closings. Process capital activities including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches. Prepare call/distribution notices, wire details, and master-feeder capital transactions.Accounting & NAV Calculation: Book trading and non-trading transactions and finalize books of accounts. Prepare monthly/quarterly NAV workbooks, economic allocations, P&L; rebalancing, and apply European and American waterfall methods.Fees & Carried Interest:



Calculate management fees across various periods, preferred returns, and carried interest.Metrics & Financial Reporting: Apply key performance metrics including IRR, TWR, and Investment Multiples. Handle investor reporting, fund-level reporting, and ILPA reporting.Client & Asset Management: Interact with clients on accounting and operational issues.
