Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Hubli. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and designs for campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor media, aligning with brand guidelines and project objectives. Daily responsibilities include developing layouts, illustrations, logos, and branding assets; selecting colors, typography, and imagery; and preparing final artwork for production or publishing. The role involves collaborating closely with copywriters, account managers, and the digital team to translate briefs into compelling visual communication, as well as iterating on design feedback in a timely manner. The Graphic Designer is expected to stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to keep client work fresh and relevant.QualificationsStrong foundation in Graphic Design, with the ability to translate ideas into explicit, engaging visual concepts.Hands-on experience in Graphics and Logo Design, including developing icons, marks, and visual elements for various media.Proficiency in Branding,



creating and maintaining consistent visual identities across campaigns and touchpoints.Solid understanding of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, spacing, and readability for digital and print.Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, creativity, and execution across different formats and industries.Ability to interpret briefs, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional creative and account teams.Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in advertising or agency environments and familiarity with digital and social media design formats are advantageous.
