We’re Hiring: Service Delivery Manager – Cloud PlatformExperience: 5–7 years | Location: Andheri, Mumbai | Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on Service Delivery Manager who can lead cloud infrastructure delivery across AWS and Azure , manage customer expectations, ensure SLA/KPI compliance, and keep operations running smoothly.If you enjoy solving problems, driving service excellence, and working with smart cloud teams, this could be a great fit.What You’ll DoCloud Skills We’re Looking ForOwn end-to-end delivery of cloud and infrastructure managed services.Ensure SLA, KPI, incident, problem, change, and release management excellence.Act as the key customer contact for service reviews, escalations, and improvements.Lead and mentor cloud/infrastructure engineers.Drive automation, standardization, RCA, and continuous service improvement.Positive working knowledge of AWS and Azure services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, EKS/ECS, Cloud Watch,
