Role: Manager – Quality Engineering / Test Delivery (Insurance Domain)Experience: 13–16 Years.Job Location: Remote.We are hiring a Manager – Quality Engineering / Test Delivery to lead testing across Insurance products and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong people leadership , deep Property & Casualty Insurance knowledge, and proven expertise in test delivery , automation , and AI-led quality transformation.Key Responsibilities:-Lead and mentor Test Leads and Test Engineers , driving a high-performance and accountable team culture.Own end-to-end test delivery across multiple programs, including Functional, Integration, System, Regression, UAT, and Production Validation.Define test strategies , track quality KPIs , drive defect prevention , and implement risk-based testing.Partner with Business , Product Owners , Development teams , Customers , and senior leadership to provide quality updates, risks, and recommendations.Drive adoption of AI in Testing , including Generative AI , AI-assisted Test Case Generation , Test Data Generation , Defect Analysis , Prompt Engineering , AI Agents ,



and MCP.Required Skills:-Strong people leadership , stakeholder management , coaching , and decision-making skills.Deep understanding of Commercial or Personal Lines Insurance , especially Policy Administration , Billing , Claims , Underwriting , Rating , Renewals , Endorsements , and Cancellations.Experience with Guidewire , Duck Creek , Majesco , or other Policy Administration Systems.Positive knowledge of Test Automation , API Testing , SQL , Agile / Scrum , Release Management , Defect Management , and Metrics & Reporting.Preferred:-Experience managing teams of 15–30+ members.Exposure to Azure or AWS , Jira / Zephyr , and Performance, Security, or Accessibility Testing.ISTQB or AI / Gen AI certifications are an advantage.This role is ideal for a leader who can balance strategy , execution , customer engagement , and innovation while building a strong culture of quality engineering excellence.Kindly share your profiles along with below details on {Abhishek.hood@}.Total Experience:-Current CTC:-Expected CTC:-Notice Period:-Current Location:-
